Notes:
I will start with a brief review of cache prefetching. The main part of this talk is a discussion of three different ways of doing prefetching. Stride prefetching, recursive prefetching, and Markov prefetching. I will end this talk with a look at how these prefetching techniques can be combined and then my conclusions.
